Lead Bartender/Mixologist (Up to 25 hours per week)

The Lead Bartender/Mixologist will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for our members and guests by creating and serving high quality cocktails and spirits. The ideal candidate will have previous mixology training and/or bartending certification, be knowledgeable in wine, boutique spirits, craft beer and food pairings. Additional responsibilities will include: maintaining inventory reporting, cash management reporting, cashiering, supervising support service and providing assistance as necessary as well as overseeing beverage workstations. Must have a high level of professionalism and customer service. Must be able to work at a fast pace, capable of standing for up to 4 hours, able to bend and lift to up 25 lbs. A minimum (3) three years of mixology/bartending, supervisory experience. Must be able to work during weekends, holidays and/or peak business periods are required, including working shift/day as designated.


Head Chef/Kitchen Manager (Full-time position) The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for creating an outstanding dining experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have culinary school training and at least 3 years culinary experience, a strong working knowledge of food safety & sanitation guidelines, prior experience managing an hourly production staff as well as excellent organizational, communication, computer and customer service skills would be a plus for this role. Prior culinary management experience in full service dining establishment would be a plus for this role.


Daily responsibilities include: Daily food production of entrees, soup, catering and special function specialty menu items Oversees the preparation, food quality, portioning, garnishing, ordering and storage of all food Planning of menus- create and ensure adherence to recipes and product specifications Coordinate special events and catering planning with management and/or members Ordering and inventory responsibilities HACCP and production records, to include monthly safety audits Management of kitchen staff, assist with employee scheduling, staff hiring decisions, lead employee trainings Maintain on site wellness, safety and sustainability standards Responsible for maintaining kitchen and storage facilities in sanitary condition.


Requirements include: Culinary school training and/or a minimum (3) years culinary experience in an ala carte restaurant as well banquet operations. Strong working knowledge of food safety & sanitation guidelines Prior experience managing an hourly production staff as well as excellent organizational, communication, computer and customer service skills. Must have a high level of professionalism and customer service. Must be able to work at a fast pace, capable of standing for up to 8 hours, able to bend and lift to up 50 lbs.


HOSPITALITY STAFF (Part Time) These roles will be responsible for creating an outstanding service experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities would include: Greet and service members and guests in a highly professional and pleasant manner. Ensure that all newly seated guests receive immediate attention. Continually monitors guests to ensure that their needs are met. Ensure food and beverage orders are taken promptly and accurately. Maintains control and order of issued guest checks; cashiers payments. Inspects the quality of all food and beverage before serving. Assisting with prep and garnishing of food Serves all alcoholic beverages knowledgeably and in strict compliance with all applicable alcoholic beverage laws. Clears off tables during guest meals and resets tables according to restaurant standards in preparation for new guests. Maintains clean and stocked work stations throughout assigned shift. Reviews cleaning chart and performs the required cleaning of the day. Completes all assigned side work prior to ending shift.


The ideal candidates will have previous serving experience and be knowledgeable in wine, spirits, beer and food pairings. Must have a high level of professionalism and customer service. Must be able to work at a fast pace, capable of standing for up to 4 hours, able to bend and lift to up 20 lbs. Minimum (2) two years of serving, food prep and/or customer service experience. Strong working knowledge of food safety & sanitation guidelines.‚Äč
